Client Satisfaction Survey - Read the results!

 

Our main objective is to provide exceptional customer service to all our clients.  To ensure this high standard never diminishes we believe it is vital to collate client opinion of all elements of the FARR service - good or bad.

Constructive criticism helps to create stronger relationships with our clients and compliments tell us what we are doing right!

From our recent Client Satisfaction Survey we have gleaned that 96.3% of our clients would recommend our services.  An excellent result but one we hope to improve to 100% in 2009 / 2010!

Scottish Federation of Housing Associations Finance Conference - 3rd Nov 2009

 

FARR will be making their first appearance at the Scottish Finance Conference this year to be held at the Crieff Hydro Hotel.
 
We hope to increase our presence within the Scottish social housing sector by offering a wealth of experience, effective & relevant insurance policies and competitively priced premiums.
